A wholesale account with ReVia is a simple arrangement. You buy the product we make, in the quantities your work requires, at pricing set for your account. Every lot arrives with its certificate of analysis. Every reorder takes a sentence, spoken or typed. And when you have a question, a person who knows your account answers it.

Partner pricing on the ReVia line. Your prices are set on your account and shown in your portal. They do not change without notice, and what you see in the portal is what you are charged.

ReVia-branded product, tested to our standard. Purity above 99% by HPLC on every lot. Identity confirmed on the same analysis. Heavy metals reported against a limit of 50 parts per billion. Processed and tested in the United States, on a supply chain we run end to end.

A certificate of analysis for every lot, listing each test, its limit and its result, issued by an independent US laboratory and filed under your account so you can find it a year from now.

Lot-level traceability. Every vial you receive maps to a lot, every lot to a certificate, and every certificate to your order.

Same-day dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern leave our Florida facility the same business day.

Ordering the way you already work. Portal, email, text, or the ordering assistant. Reorder your last order in one line.

Laboratories and research groups that order regularly and want stable pricing and paperwork that does not need chasing. Universities and institutes with purchasing departments that need an account, terms and documentation. Biotechnology and contract research organizations. Research supply businesses that carry the ReVia name. Accounts are approved after review.

Pricing, minimums and payment terms are set on your account after review and shown in your portal before you place an order. Accounts in good standing can request terms. We will tell you where you stand at any time; you will not have to ask twice.

Portal. Browse your catalog with your pricing, see current lots and their certificates, and place or repeat an order.

Ordering assistant. Send an order the way you would send it to a person: "Repeat last month's order but double the BPC-157." The assistant checks the request against your catalog and your pricing, drafts the order, reads it back line by line, and submits it only when you confirm. It knows your history and your certificates. It does not answer questions about dosing or human use; it connects you to a person instead.

Human. Your named contact, by phone or email, during business hours. Some orders are better placed with a person, and we have never thought otherwise.

We ship from Florida by USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern dispatch the same business day. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days; expedited is 2 to 3; overnight is available. Orders over $500 require a signature at delivery. Temperature-sensitive items ship in insulated packaging with cold packs. We deliver to all 50 states and the District of Columbia and do not ship internationally.

Consistency. The lot you receive in March is tested the same way as the lot you received in January, and the certificate shows it.

Candor. If a compound is constrained, if a lot is delayed, or if a test result is out of specification, you hear it from us first.

Discretion. We do not publish customer names and we do not discuss one account with another.

Availability. A person answers. If you leave a message, you get a call back the same business day.

That the product is used for research. That your own materials describe it that way. That you keep records of where it goes. That you tell us when something is wrong.
